"You never know when you might need good quality pet insurance."
We had Petplan when our cats were 8 week old kittens, up until they were 2 years old. They went back on Petplan at age 7 years. The website is good. You are kept informed by texts regularly. Let your vet send in the forms on your behalf, as this means quicker pay outs. Within two years of re-joining Petplan, our cat Tom was diagnosed with heart failure and thyroid problems. He had bloods and scans done. He is now under the care of a cardiologist. It takes five meds daily to keep Tom alive. We could not afford this level of care without Petplan. You never know whats around the corner. Petplan has been our safety net. Remember there is no NHS free care for our animals. To have inadequate or no insurance at all, is taking a huge financial risk. Toms ok at the moment, although it`s been another trip to the vets. He likes to fight and as I write this review, he is wearing one of those cones around his head. He thinks he`s a bad ass lion fighting other male lions on the Serengeti planes, but in reality he`s a little moggy in a back garden in north wales!

"I spoke with Sarah at Petplan today"
I spoke with Sarah at Petplan today. She was very helpful, engaged, and solved my problems immediately. I could not recommend her or Petplan any higher!

"Wonderful company"
When my since-departed rescue cat Ebony needed a lot of treatment at the vet, they were very fast to pay out, meaning I could concentrate on Ebony and not worry about the money side of things, sadly Ebony lost her fight last year with her health issues but thanks to petplan I could concentrate on her and not fret over how I was going to pay for vet treatment. <3
