"You never know when you might need solid pet insurance."
We had Petplan when our cats were just 8 weeks old, and we stuck with them until they turned 2. Then, at 7 years old, we went back to Petplan. The website is pretty user-friendly, and they keep you updated with texts regularly. It's best to let your vet handle the paperwork for you; it speeds up the payouts. After rejoining Petplan, our cat Tom was diagnosed with heart failure and thyroid issues. He had blood tests and scans done, and now he's under a cardiologist's care. He takes five medications daily to stay alive. Without Petplan, we couldn't afford this level of treatment. You never know what life throws at you. Petplan has been our safety net. Just a reminder, there’s no free NHS care for our pets. Having no insurance or just a basic plan is a big financial gamble. Tom's doing okay for now, but it’s been another vet visit. He loves to get into scrapes, and as I write this, he’s sporting one of those cones on his head. He thinks he’s a fierce lion battling other males on the Serengeti, but really, he’s just a little moggy in a backyard in North Wales!

"Had a chat with Sarah from Petplan"
I had a conversation with Sarah from Petplan today. She was super helpful, really engaged, and sorted out my issues right away. I can't recommend her or Petplan enough!

"Amazing Service"
When my beloved rescue cat Ebony, who has since passed, required extensive vet care, this company was super quick with the payouts. This allowed me to focus on Ebony without stressing about the financial aspect. Unfortunately, she lost her battle with health problems last year, but I’m grateful to Petplan for letting me be there for her without worrying about how to cover the vet bills. <3
